Flank steak is often cooked whole for London Broil or sliced thinly for fajitas, Chinese stir-fry, or even pho. (We also offer sliced flank steak.)
We love to marinate this cut overnight then grill or broil for a quick on the table meal.
Be sure to slice your flank steak across, the grain to make the meat more tender.
