Organ blend is often called ancestral blend or primal blend. Ours is an 80/20 mix which means in every pound, 80% is our standard lean ground beef and 20% is made up of organ meat including liver, kidney, and heart.
Our grass-fed and finished ground beef+organs is extra lean and fries up with minimal shrinkage.
